I work with strategic design ind three steps:

Understand the context – Together with the client we map systems, needs, and stakeholders to gain an overview (analysis) and identify the degree of complexity. This way we can find the right questions to ask in order to set a strategic direction. 

Explore possibilities – Through co-creation, visual thinking, or prototyping, we develop ideas and scenarios that can be tested and discussed. I.e. behavioral design, space design, green transition design, etc.

Shape direction – I translate insights into strategies, decision-making tools, and tangible solutions that can be anchored in the business or organization and lead to real change.
